Vasavi has witnessed twin celebrations this year, Completion of 40 glorious years of Vasavi and 77th Independence Day Celebration.The National Flag was hoisted by Sri V.M Parthasarathi, Treasurer, Vasavi Academy of Education, followed by National Anthem and march past by the students of the four houses. The grand celebration included an array of events like Burra – Katha, patriotic song, classical dance and many alluring events. To mark 40 years of its inception in 1983 the school invited the founding staff. School Alumni shared their valuable thoughts and wishes with us along with all former Principals since 1983. Principal Ms. Jaishree Rao urged the students to contribute to the society and be proud of one’s country.
